This article introduces the deburring situation of the 2300 slab serrated deburring machine in Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.'s steelmaking plant during use.In order to solve the problem of slab burrs,this article mainly analyzes the principle of slab deburring.By analyzing the reasons for incomplete deburring,the factors affecting slab deburring are de-termined,and reasonable measures and countermeasures are proposed for the factors affecting slab deburring.After taking these measures,the phenomenon of incomplete deburring of the slab has been significantly reduced,and the deburring rate has been controlled.Currently,it can be stabilized at over 98%,which is in a very good state.
