摘要
研究煤脱硫在天然橡胶(NR)胶料中的应用.结果表明:煤脱硫的硫元素含量为95.32%,煤脱硫的主要成分与硫黄相似;以煤脱硫等量替代硫黄作为硫化剂,具有明显迟延NR胶料硫化的作用;随着煤脱硫用量的增大,NR硫化胶的邵尔A型硬度变化不大,300%定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度先增大后减小,拉断伸长率和拉断永久变形逐渐减小.
Abstract
The application of coal desulfurization sulfur in natural rubber(NR)compounds was studied.The results showed that the elemental sulfur content of coal desulfurization sulfur was 95.32%,and the main components of desulfurization sulfur were similar to sulfur.Using coal desulfurization sulfur as an equivalent substitute for sulfur as a vulcanization agent had a significantly delayed vulcanization effect for the NR compound.As the dosage of coal desulfurization sulfur increased,the Shore A hardness of the NR vulcanizate changed little,the modulus at 300%,tensile strength and tear strength increased first and then decreased,while the elongation at break and permanent set after break gradually decreased.
