超疏水橡胶材料的研究进展

全面综述超疏水橡胶材料的研究进展.为解决超疏水材料表面易受损的问题,通过在橡胶材料表面构筑纳/微米粗糙结构来提高材料表面的疏水.近年来开发出疏水性能优异的超疏水硅橡胶材料、丁苯橡胶材料、热塑性聚氨酯材料、杜仲胶材料、氟橡胶材料和天然橡胶材料,并已广泛应用于室外绝缘、油水分离、抗冰、抗腐蚀以及传感等领域,这些研究也为超疏水橡胶材料的进一步发展提供了参考.
Research Progress of Superhydrophobic Rubber Materials
The research progress of superhydrophobic rubber materials was comprehensively reviewed.To address the issue of surface damage in superhydrophobic materials,nano/micron rough structures were constructed on the surface of rubber material to enhance its hydrophobicity.In recent years,superhydrophobic rubber materials with excellent hydrophobic properties,such as silicone rubber material,styrene butadiene rubber(SBR)material,thermoplastic polyurethane material,Eucommia ulmoides rubber material,fluororubber(FKM)material and natural rubber(NR)material,had been developed and widely used in outdoor insulation,oil-water separation,ice resistance,corrosion resistance,and sensing fields.These studies also provided references for the further development of superhydrophobic rubber materials.
