Low-altitude economy,as a new form of economy,has the core features of new quality productivity,including high-technology advantage,high-efficiency operation and high-quality development.It is a prosperous area which is also essential for China to seize its development opportunities,promote its high-quality development and establish its modernized industrial system.Related experimental implantation of low-altitude economy are performed nationwide.With the development of low-altitude economy,its risks and challenges are becoming prominent in parallel.This paper presents the background of low-altitude economy experiments and emphasizes the potential and importance of the integrated sensing and communication(ISAC)technology in promoting the rapid development of low-altitude economy.Meanwhile,the key challenges of ISAC in term of its technology,cost and demand are also discussed.Finally,this paper proposes a series of tailored policy recommendations,hoping to form a solid foundation for the development of low-altitude economy through promoting technological innovations and optimizing the policy environment.
