The vigorous development of the digital economy represents a strategic choice to seize the historical opportunities offered by the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation.Comprehensively deepening reforms and constructing a high-level socialist market economic system are the reform directions set by the Party and the government to advance the socialist market economy.Drawing upon the practical experience of Cangnan County,Zhejiang Province,in advancing reforms for live streaming e-commerce services and fostering a new ecosystem of live streaming e-commerce platform economy,this paper illuminates how it has ignited a new engine for the county's economy.It serves as a reference for China's endeavors to establish a high-level socialist market economic system characterized by"active government,orderly society,and efficient market,"promote the normative and healthy development of the live streaming e-commerce platform economy,accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system for live streaming e-commerce,foster new forms of production tailored to local conditions,and propel the high-quality development of the digital economy.
