In recent years,China's cross-border e-commerce has achieved rapid growth,especially driven by modern information technology,cross-border e-commerce has not only reconfigured the traditional foreign trade process,but also greatly promoted the upgrading of domestic industrial structure.This article analyzes the factors of cross-border e-commerce,such as demand-driven,technology-enabled,industrial system support as well as infrastructure protection and policy assistance,and also analyzes the new trends and characteristics of cross-border e-commerce development.At the same time,the article also emphasizes that cross-border e-commerce plays an increasingly important role in the transformation and upgrading of industries and the construction of modernized industrial system,and puts forward future suggestions in terms of policy support,industrial transformation and institutional innovation in order to promote the sustainable and high-quality development of cross-border e-commerce.
