Cross-border e-commerce(CBEC)has become a new driving force in global trade, and the development of smart technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence is accelerating rapid iterations in this industry. These technologies play a positive role in connecting supply and demand, optimizing cost structures, expanding markets, and adapting to consumer behavior. However,CBEC also faces challenges, including data privacy protection, differences in standards, policy barriers, and difficulties for small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)in adopting new technologies. To address these issues, international cooperation needs to be strengthened, innovation should be promoted, and a fair competitive market order should be established.
