Urban regeneration is the fundamental guarantee and important pathway for developing new quality productive forces.To fully leverage urban stock resources in supporting and empowering new quality productive forces,this article provides several recommendations for urban regeneration efforts including optimizing the layout of productivity,innovating the configuration of production elements,fully tapping into existing housing resources,shaping innovative public spaces,and establishing an assessment framework for the utilization of existing resources.These measures aim not only to ensure sustainable urban development but also to facilitate the high-quality development of new quality productive forces.
