摘要
攻心取胜谋略，是指警方在警务活动中针对活动对象的个性心理特点和现实的心理状态，运用各种心理刺激因素，而对其情感、思想、意志施加影响，从而战胜对方的谋略。使用攻心取胜谋略要注意攻心为上，以情感化攻心、以理疏导攻心、依法威严攻心、以势震慑攻心等，刚柔相济，恩威并施，以最小的牺牲，最少的代价获取最佳的效果。
Abstract
Making a psychological attack, means that aiming at mental characteristics and factual appearance of the individuals, police use various mental incitement factors, make effect on their emotions, thoughts, and willpowers, so as to defeat them. Using the strategy of psychological attack, we should launch the psychological attack from emotion, psychological comfortance, leagal dignity, power and influence. We should combine vigor and suppleness, alternate kindness with cruelty, and obtain the best effect with minimum of sacrifice and price.
