生物基增塑剂对三元乙丙橡胶性能的影响

Effect of Bio-based Plasticizers on Properties of EPDM

对比研究两种生物基增塑剂(10227和10229)和不同闪点的石蜡油(SUNPAR 2280和Plaxene 1100)对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)性能的影响.结果表明:采用生物基增塑剂的EPDM胶料的耐低温和压缩永久变形性能优于采用石蜡油的EPDM胶料;采用生物基增塑剂10227的EPDM胶料的耐热老化性能优于采用生物基增塑剂10229的EPDM胶料,与采用石蜡油SUNPAR 2280的EPDM胶料相近.
The effect of two bio-based plasticizers(10227 and 10229)and paraffin oils(SUNPAR2280 and P1100)with different flash points on the properties of ethylene-propylene-diene rubber(EPDM)was studied.The results showed that the low temperature resistance and compression set properties of EPDM compounds filled with bio-based plasticizers were better than those of EPDM compounds filled with paraffin oil.The aging resistance of EPDM compounds filled with the bio-based plasticizer 10227 was better than those of EPDM compounds filled with the bio-based plasticizer 10229,and was similar to those of EPDM compounds filled with paraffin oil SUNPAR 2280.
