摘要

研究橡胶改性剂间苯二甲酰肼(IDH)在乘用车天然橡胶(NR)减振材料中的应用.结果表明:对于未加入IDH的NR胶料,加入IDH的NR胶料的门尼粘度增大,t10和t90缩短,硫化胶的物理性能变化不大,疲劳寿命延长;纯炭黑填充的NR体系和NR/反式丁二烯橡胶并用体系中加入IDH后硫化胶的耐老化性能提高;纯炭黑填充的NR体系中加入IDH后硫化胶的动静刚度比显著减小.

Abstract

The application of rubber modifier isophthalic hydrazide(IDH)in natural rubber(NR)damping materials for passenger cars was studied.The results showed that,compared with the NR compound without IDH,the Mooney viscosity of the NR compound with IDH increased,t10 and t90 were shortened,physical properties of NR vulcanizate with IDH had no significant change and the fatigue life was extended.In both carbon black-filled NR system and NR/trans-butadiene rubber blended system,the aging resistance of the vulcanizate was improved after adding IDH.In the carbon black-filled NR system,the dynamic and static stiffness ratio of the vulcanizate significantly decreased after adding IDH.
