摘要

研究新型改性粘土在载重子午线轮胎胎侧胶中的应用.结果表明:随着改性粘土用量增大,胶料的硫化速度变慢,硬度基本一致,定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度降低;改性粘土用量在5份以下对胶料耐屈挠龟裂性能影响不大;随着改性粘土用量增大,老化后胶料抗裂口增长性能提升;添加10份改性粘土的胎侧胶能满足成品轮胎耐久性能的要求.

Abstract

The application of new modified clay in the sidewall compound of truck and bus radial tire was studied.The results showed that as the amount of modified clay increased,the vulcanization rate of the compound slowed down,the hardness was basically the same,the tensile stress,tensile strength and tear strength decreasd.The amount of modified clay below 5 phr had little effect on the flexural cracking resistance of the compound.As the amount of modified clay increased,the anti-crack growth performance of the compound after aging.The sidewall compound with 10 phr modified clay could meet the durability requirements of the finished tire.
