The development and application of a real-time monitoring system were introduced for steam source pressure of tire vulcanization.The pressure sensors were installed on the incoming steam pipelines,collecting data through wireless measurement and control transmission modules,establishing communication with the measurement and control receiving terminal and industrial control computer in the monitoring room,monitoring the changes in steam pressure values in real time,which could realize the functions such as high and low pressure alarms,pressure curve displays,and low-pressure automatic archiving and recording,and remote monitoring.
