摘要

在轮胎成型过程中,斜交缠绕时因缠绕机头不发生旋转,当缠绕坡度较大时易出现胶片打褶的现象.本工作介绍一种有别于传统自动分层方式的手动分层方法,可以不使用缠绕机的自动分层功能,快速、准确地完成各种形状轮胎半部件缠绕方式的设定,并解决胶片打褶的问题.

Abstract

During the tire building process,rubber sheet fold might be caused when the winding slope is large due to the non-rotation of the winding head in bias winding.This work introduced a manual layering method that was different from the traditional automatic layering method.It can quickly and accurately set the winding methods for various shapes of tire semi-components without using the automatic layering function of the winding machine,effectively solving the issue of rubber sheet fold.
