On the basis of introducing the types,layout and actuator components of thermal valve group in the tire shaping vulcanization press,two new types of condensate discharge devices and integrated thermal valve groups were emphasized.Compared to traditional device structures,the new internal temperature valve group condensate discharge device added exhaust valves,which could overcome the shortcomings of the original two condensate discharge methods and achieve zero leakage.The new cut-off valve liquid level discharge device added a liquid level switch based on the original cut-off valve timed discharge device,which could monitor the liquid level changes in the condensate bucket in real time and prevent steam from being discharged.Compared to traditional decentralized valve groups designed according to the same thermal schematic,the integrated thermal valve groups had the advantages of high integration,large flow capacity,short medium flow channels,good insulation effect,energy-saving operation,low space requirements,time-saving and efficient replacement and maintenance.
