Development of picking-up system of 9YFG-2400 large square baler
In this paper,the structure and main parameters of the picking-up system of the 9YFG-2400 large square baler were analyzed,the key parameters of the system was determined,the picking angle,picking amount,and feeding amount of the spring teeth under working conditions were reviewed.The field test results showed that under the conditions of a travel speed of 5 km/h,a tine speed of 128 r/min,a centripetal auger speed of 210 r/min,a strong feeding auger speed of 285 r/min,and a ro-tor cutter speed of 121r/min,the picking system can meet the material handling and cutting requirements of the large square baler.And a static analysis was conducted on the structure of the rotor cutter,and it was found that the structure still has a high safety factor under extreme load,which can meet the requirements of large bundle operation.Combined existing research re-sults,it can provide reference for further optimizing the picking system of the large square baler.
