农用挖掘机动臂结构优化设计

为了对农用挖掘机进行轻量化改进以降低生产成本,以市场现有的JKW-20山地农用挖掘机挖掘装置为研究对象,对农用挖掘机挖掘装置动臂结构进行参数化建模,运用ANSYS软件对其进行拓扑优化.基于拓扑优化的新结构,设计动臂新结构变量,以动臂结构应力和质量为优化目标,寻求动臂结构尺寸最优解.通过求解结果可知:运用响应面优化法能够使得动臂结构在保持安全可靠的前提下,其质量减轻19.36%,应力降低4.35%.
Structural optimization design of agricultural excavator arm
In order to improve the lightweight of agricultural excavator and reduce the production cost,a certain type of agri-cultural excavator excavating device in the market was taken as the research object,the parametric modeling of the boom struc-ture of agricultural excavator excavating device was carried out,and the topology optimization module of ANSYS software was used to optimize it.Based on the new structure of topology optimization,the new structural variables of the boom were de-signed,and the structural stress and mass of the boom were taken as the optimization objectives to seek the optimal solution of the boom structure size.According to the solution results,the response surface optimization method can make the boom struc-ture safe and reliable,and its mass was reduced by 19.36%,while the stress was reduced by 4.35%.
