基于STAR-CCM的拖拉机进气系统阻力数值模拟与试验

摘要
进气系统主要功用是供给发动机足够的清洁空气,其系统阻力直接影响进气量,进而影响发动机燃烧性能.文中以某拖拉机进气系统为研究对象,利用STAR-CCM软件对其流阻特性进行数值模拟.通过进气系统台架测试各测点静压值,与仿真静压值进行对标,其最大偏差为8.4%,验证了所建立的进气系统流阻仿真方法的准确性.研究结果可助力解决进气管路最小边界设计和空滤器降阻优化等问题,降低试验成本,缩短产品开发周期.
Abstract
The main function of the intake system is to supply enough clean air to the engine,and its system resistance directly af-fects the intake volume,and then affects the combustion performance of the engine.Taking the intake system of a tractor as a re-search object,the flow resistance characteristic was simulated by STAR-CCM software.Through the flow resistance bench test of the intake system,the static pressure value maximum deviation of each measuring point between simulation and test results was 8.4%.The accuracy of the flow resistance simulation method of the intake system is verified,which can help to solve the problems of the minimum boundary design of the intake pipe and the resistance reduction optimization of the air filter,reduce the test cost and shorten the product development cycle.
