摘要
玉米机械化收获能够减轻人工劳作强度,确保玉米成熟后及时收获,可最大限度地降低玉米损失,提高玉米收获效率,提升玉米产品品质.农户在使用玉米收获机期间不仅要及时排除机械故障,确保机械能够顺利的作业,降低玉米收获成本,同时还需做好机械的保养和维修工作,延长玉米收获机的使用寿命.笔者通过分析玉米收获机常见故障和排除方法,以及玉米收获机日常维修和保养措施,为读者和用户提供参考.
Abstract
Mechanized corn harvesting can reduce the intensity of manual labor,make the corn leave the field in time after ma-turity,reduce the retention time,improve the efficiency of corn harvesting,and improve the quality of corn products.During the use of corn harvesters,farmers should not only eliminate mechanical failures in time,ensure that the machinery can operate smoothly,reduce the cost of corn harvesting,but also do a good job of maintenance and repair of the machinery,and extend the service life of the corn harvester.By analyzing the common faults and troubleshooting methods of corn harvester,as well as the daily maintenance and maintenance measures of corn harvester,the author provided reference for readers and users.
