Abstract
In this paper,the safe cultivation technology of spring planting mode of shii-take mushroom were intrduced.include environmental conditions of the cultivation site,cultivation media,selection of plastic bags,determination of production season,culture material formula,and requirements for strain and bag production,bacteria management,color change management,summer management,mushroom production management amd pest control and other technical specifications.The content of this paper provides reference for famers'application and industrial development.
