残膜回收机回收膜捆含杂率高、人工分拣费工费时,而现有膜捆破碎装置破碎过程中存在刀辊易堵塞卡死、破碎不够均匀、生产效率低等问题,结合回收膜捆中残膜、棉秆、土杂等物料特性研制了一种回收膜捆高效破碎装置,主要用于回收膜捆的高效破碎,为后续膜杂高效分离及资源化利用奠定基础.文中介绍了破碎装置的结构组成、工作原理、关键部件、主要技术特点、样机试制与试验情况.研究结果可为相关破碎装置设计提供参考,有利于推动农田残膜污染闭环治理进程.
Development and test of high-efficiency recycled film bundle crushing device
Aiming at the problems of high impurity content of recycled film bundle in residual film recycling machine,time-consuming and labor-consuming manual sorting,and the existing film bundle crushing device in the process of the knife rollers are easy to be blocked and jammed,uneven crushing,low production efficiency,etc.,combined with the characteristics of residual film,cotton stalk,soil impurities and other materials in recycled film bundle,a high-efficiency recycled device was developed,which is mainly used for high-efficiency crushing of recycled film bundle,laying a foundation for subsequent efficient separation and resource utilization of film impurities.The structure composition,working principle,key components,technical feature,prototype trial production and test of the crushing device were introduced in this paper.The research results can provide reference for the design of related crushing devices,which is conducive to promote the process of closed-loop management of residual film pollution in farmland.
