典型残膜回收机棉田作业性能试验对比

为获取目前使用的典型残膜回收机的作业性能,文中选取了具有代表性的3种地表残膜回收机和2种耕层残膜回收机进行覆膜种植棉田测试.测试指标选取残膜回收率、含杂率、作业效率、作业费用、油耗和故障率.通过多次测试,在残膜回收率、含杂率、作业效率、作业费用、故障率和油耗等方面,地表 4JSM型棉秸秆还田及残膜回收联合作业机、耕层SG-2型梳齿式耕层残膜回收机明显优于其他3种机型.表层残膜回收机作业时,残膜回收率、作业效率与含杂率是衡量作业性能的关键指标.测试结果可为用户提供参考.
Comparison of field performance test of typical residual film recycling machine
In order to obtain the field operation performance of typical residual film recycling machine,in this paper,this paper selected three representative surface residual film recyclers and two topsoil residual film recyclers for testing in the film-covered cotton field.The test indexes were selected as recovery rate and impurity rate of residual film,operation efficiency,operation cost,fuel consumption and failure rate.Through many tests,the surface 4JSM cotton straw returning and residual film recycling combined operation machine and the topsoil SG-2 comb-shaped topsoil residual film recycling machine are obviously superior to the other three models in terms of recovery rate and impurity rate of residual film,operation efficiency,operating cost,failure rate and fuel consumption.The recovery rate of residual film,operation efficiency and impurity rate are the key indexes which affect the operation of the surface residual film recycling machine.The result of this test can provide references for users.
