摘要
输棉系统是采棉机的核心系统,对其研究可提高输棉系统输送能力、降低堵塞率和提高作业效率等方面起着重要作用.本文介绍了采棉机输棉系统的分类和工作原理,系统阐述了采棉机输棉系统的研究发展现状,分析了输棉系统存在问题并提出解决方法,这为今后我国采棉机输棉系统的研制和发展提供技术支持.
Abstract
Cotton conveying system is the core system of the cotton picker,carry out research on this system can improve the conveying capacity,reduce the clogging rate and improve the working efficiency.In this paper,the classification and working principle of the cotton conveying system of the cotton picker was introduced,and the research and development status of the cotton conveying system was expounded systematically,and the problems existing in the cotton conveying system were analyzed and the solutions were put forward.This provides technical support for the research and development of the cotton conveying system for the cotton picker in China.
