大方捆打捆机压缩机构的设计

摘要
本文介绍了一种六道捆绳大方捆打捆机压缩机构的工作原理、结构、主要技术特点以及试验情况.根据打捆机压缩机构工作原理,通过理论计算确定曲柄、连杆长度分别为368 mm和1 156 mm.经整机试验可知,成型草捆密度达170~190 kg/m3,所设计的压缩机构能够满足大方捆打捆机工程应用实践需求,研究结果为大方捆打捆机相关技术研究提供参考.
Abstract
In this paper,the working principle,structure,main technical characteristics and test situation of the compression mechanism of a six-channel bale rope and large square baler was introduced.According to the working principle of the compression mechanism of the baler,the lengths of the crank and connecting rod were determined to be 368 mm and 1,156 mm respectively through theoretical calculation.After the test of the whole machine,it can be seen that the density of the bales reaches 170~190 kg/m3,and the designed compression mechanism can meet the needs of engineering application of the large square baler,the results of the research can provide references for research of related technology of large square baler.
