三维激振式石榴籽皮分离装置的设计

石榴产业的快速发展使其成为新疆独具特色的经济作物,石榴的深加工不但能够促进产业的多元化发展,同时也能够有效提高经济效益.本文针对石榴籽皮分离率低、破损率高的问题,设计了三维激振式石榴籽皮分离装置,通过击打杆组由上至下地对旋转的石榴进行多维击打,实现石榴籽皮分离,有效提高了籽皮分离率、降低了石榴籽破损率.对击打部件、驱动复位部件、定位旋转座等关键工作部件进行了设计,研究结果将对石榴籽皮分离装置的进一步发展提供参考.
Design of three-dimensional excitation pomegranate seed and peel separation device
With the rapid development of pomegranate industry,pomegranate industry has become a characteristic economic crop in Xinjiang.Deep processing of pomegranate can not only promote the diversified development of the industry,but also effectively improve its economic benefits.In this paper,aiming at the problems of low separation rate of pomegranate seed peel and high breakage rate of pomegranate seed peel,a three-dimensional excited pomegranate seed peel separation device was designed to realize the separation of pomegranate seed peel through the multi-dimensional striking of rotating pomegranate by the striking rod group from top to bottom,which can effectively improve the separation rate of pomegranate seed peel and reduce the breakage rate of pomegranate seed peel.In this paper,the key working components such as hitting components,driving and resetting components,positioning and rotating seats were designed,and the research results will provide reference for the further development of pomegranate seed and peel separation device.
