气雾式植物培养装置的设计及分析

本文将气雾式栽培模式引入到家庭式植物培养装置中,气雾式喷雾方式可促进植物根系生长、发挥植物生长潜能并提高空间利用率,解决了部分现有家庭式植物培养装置存在的问题.通过理论计算得到泵在喷雾时供水压力为0.355 MPa,流量为2.277 L/min,液滴从雾化盘边缘抛出的初速度可近似为雾化盘的切向速度,其达到100 r/min时喷雾的利用率最高.
Design and analysis of aerosol plant culture device
In this paper,the aerosol cultivation mode was introduced into the home-type plant culture device.The aerosol spray mode can promote the growth of plant roots,give full play to the growth potential of plants and improve the utilization rate of space,which solves some problems existing in the home-type plant culture device.Through theoretical calculations to obtain the pump in the spray when the water supply pressure of 0.355 MPa,the flow rate of 2.277 L/min,droplets from the edge of the atomization disk thrown out of the initial velocity can be approximated as the tangential velocity of the atomization disk,which reaches 100 r/min when the spray has the highest utilization rate.
