农业车辆传动轴的焊接工艺研究

摘要
农业车辆长期在农村田间道路工作,作业时间长、强度大,传动轴易出现变形、断裂等情况,此时需要进行维修和维护.本文分析了常见的传动轴材料、焊接设备和焊接材料等,论述了传动轴焊接工艺和操作技术,分析了传动轴焊接检验技术,以期为提高农业车辆传动轴焊接质量与使用寿命提供参考.
Abstract
Agricultural vehicles have been working on rural fields and roads for a long time,with long operating hours,high intensity and the transmission shaft is easy to be deformed and fractured,which need to be repaired and maintained at this time.This paper first analyzed the common transmission shaft materials,welding equipment,welding materials,etc.,then discussed the transmission shaft welding process and operation technology and finally analyzed the transmission shaft welding inspection technology,with a view to providing references for improving the welding quality and service life of agricultural vehicle transmission shaft.
