新疆地区棉田膜面杂质测定试验研究

现有残膜回收机回收的残膜普遍存在杂质含量较高、残膜易与秸秆及泥土混合以及膜杂分离困难等问题,为了指导残膜回收机具的设计,本文依据新疆地区棉田情况,开展棉田膜面杂质测定试验.采用五点取样法对7个区域进行膜面杂质测定.结果表明,膜面杂质主要成分为土壤约占71.38%,落地棉、棉壳、碎秸秆以及叶片等杂质占比为28.62%.该试验结果可为后续膜面杂质去除机构提供理论支持.
Research and testing on measure the mulch film surface impurities in cotton fields of Xinjiang
In this paper,for the existing residual mulch film recycling machine recovered by the residual mulch film generally exists in the impurity content is high,the residual mulch film is easy to mix with the straw and soil and the mulch film-impurities separation difficulties,according to the cotton fields in Xinjiang region,to carry out the cotton field mulch film surface impurity determination test.The five-point sampling method was used to determine the mulch film surface impurities in seven areas.The results show that the main component of mulch film surface impurities is soil accounting for about 71.38%,and the proportion of impurities such as fallen cotton,cotton husk,chopped cotton stalk and cotton leaf are about 28.62%.The test results can provide theoretical support for the subsequent mulch film surface impurity removal device.
