摘要

机收后的废旧地膜含有大量秸秆、根茬等杂质,膜秆混合物各组分的物理力学特性差异影响后续机械分离效果,本文统计分析了膜杂混合物组分占比,并对棉秆力学特性和经过一个生产季的废旧地膜进行抗拉特性测定,试验统计结果显示膜杂混合物中砂土占比46.28%,秸秆占比30.20%,根茬占比6.29%,地膜占比17%.棉秆力学特性测定显示不同直径棉秆的力学特性差异显著,抗压强度范围为16.75~24.63 MPa,抗弯强度范围为22.68~27.69 MPa.地膜抗拉特性测定结果显示地膜抗拉力为1.28 N.研究结果为膜杂混合物分离装置的结构设计和工作参数确定提供依据.

Abstract

The waste plastic film collected by machine contains a large amount of impurities such as straw and root stubble.The differences in physical and mechanical properties of each component of the film straw mixture affect the subsequent mechanical separation effect.This article statistically analyzes the proportion of components in the film straw mixture,and determines the tensile properties of cotton straw and waste plastic film after one production season.The experimental statistical results show that sand accounts for 46.28%,straw accounts for 30.20%,stubble accounts for 6.29%,and plastic film accounts for 17%in the film impurity mixture.The determination of mechanical properties of cotton stalks shows significant differences in mechanical properties among different diameters of cotton stalks,with a compressive strength range of 16.75~24.63 Mpa and a flexural strength range of 22.68~27.69 Mpa.The test results of the tensile properties of the plastic film show that the tensile strength of the plastic film is 1.28 N.The research results provide a basis for the structural design and working parameter determination of the separation device for film impurity mixture.
