摘要

摘锭作为采棉机的关键零部件,在棉花收获领域变得越来越重要.本文阐述了国内外关于采棉机摘锭磨损分析和表面强化技术的研究进展.总结采棉机摘锭了失效类型及原因,进一步论述了表面强化技术在采棉机摘锭上的研究现状,讨论了目前采棉机摘锭磨损状态研究及表面强化应用所面临的挑战,并展望了未来的研究趋势.

Abstract

As a key component of cotton picker,picking spindle is becoming more and more important in the field of cotton harvesting.This paper reviews the research progress on wear analysis and surface strengthening technology of picking spindles of cotton picker at home and abroad.It summarizes the current status of research on failure types and causes,surface strength-ening technology on cotton picker spindles,discusses the challenges faced by the current research on the wear state of cotton picker spindles and the application of surface strengthening,and looks forward to the future research trends.
