马铃薯机械化清洗技术研究现状及展望

马铃薯作为主要粮食作物之一,具有高产、高效、适应性强、耐寒、抗旱和抗病虫害等特性,因而在保障我国粮食安全方面发挥着举足轻重的作用.马铃薯表面常常附着一些泥土或其他杂质,不利于马铃薯的运输、加工和保存.目前,马铃薯机械化清洗技术已取得了显著成效,但马铃薯机械化清洗技术的智能化、柔性化水平还有待提高,清洗效率较低、马铃薯破损率较高阻碍了马铃薯的销售以及精深加工.本文通过对当前国内外马铃薯机械化清洗设备与技术进行深入的分析,讨论当前马铃薯机械化清洗技术存在的问题并提出相应的对策,以期为马铃薯机械化清洗技术的研究和马铃薯机械化清洗设备的研发提供参考.
Research status and prospects of mechanized cleaning technology for potato
As one of the main food crops,potatoes play a crucial role in ensuring food security in China due to their high yield,high efficiency,strong adaptability,cold resistance,drought resistance,disease and pest resistance.Potatoes often have soil or other impurities attached to their surface,which are not utilized for transportation,processing,and preservation.At present,potato mechanized cleaning technology has achieved significant results,but the intelligence and flexibility level of potato mechanized cleaning technology still need to be improved.The cleaning efficiency is low and the potato damage rate is high,which hinders the development of potato production sales,initial processing,and deep processing.Through in-depth research and analysis of the potato mechanized cleaning technology currently used in domestic and foreign potato mechanized cleaning equipment,this paper discusses the existing problems and shortcomings of the current potato mechanized cleaning technology,and proposes corresponding countermeasures,in order to provide reference for the research of potato mechanized cleaning technology and the development of potato mechanized cleaning equipment.
