摘要

大量农机具在使用过程中可能会出现各种问题,如果不及时对这些问题进行处理,很可能会诱发较大的安全事故.为了更好地开展农用机具焊接维修工作,本文重点对农用机具维修所采用的氧气切割和二氧化碳气体保护焊焊接技术进行了论述,并深入分析了两种焊接技术的安全操作要点,希望借此提高农用机具的焊接工作质量,保障农用机具维修工作的安全性.

Abstract

Large number of agricultural machines may encounter various problems in the course of use,and if these problems are not addressed in a timely manner,it is likely to cause significant safety accidents.In order to better carry out the welding and maintenance work of agricultural machinery,the article focuses on the oxygen cutting and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding technologies used in agricultural machinery maintenance,and deeply analyzes the safety operation points of the two welding technologies.It is hoped that this can improve the welding quality of agricultural machinery and ensure the safety of agricultural machinery maintenance work.
