为适应工程教育专业认证对《液压与气压传动》课程建设要求,本文通过对果园避障割草机液压控制系统分析,应用AMESim虚拟软件对液压系统的能源装置、执行元件、控制元件、辅助元件和液压油进行了仿真分析,理论与实践相结合,使学生可以更直观的将所学理论知识应用于生产实际,提高了学生学习该课程的积极性,促进了《液压与气压传动》课程实践改革.
Application of AMESim virtual simulation in teaching of hydraulic and pneumatic transmission
In order to adapt to the professional certification of engineering education on the"hydraulic and pneumatic transmission"course construction requirements,this paper analyzes the orchard obstacle avoidance mower hydraulic control system,the application of AMESim virtual software on the hydraulic energy device,actuating components,control components,auxiliary components and hydraulic oil simulation analysis,the combination of theory and practice,so that students can be more intuitive classroom learned theoretical knowledge applied to the production of actual,improves the enthusiasm of the students to learn the course,and promotes the practical reform of the Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission course.
