Design of hydraulic system for chain knife silage harvester cutting header
The header is the core component of a self-propelled silage machine,and its operational efficiency and reliability are important.However,considering that the silage machine needs to replace different harvesting headers when harvesting different crops,the quick interchangeability and adaptability between different headers must be considered when designing the header.This article compared and analyzed the hydraulic function requirements of several common cutting headers used in self-pro-pelled silage machines,focused on the structure and hydraulic system action logic of the 2-fold chain knife cutting header.The hydraulic system principle of the chain knife cutting header was designed,and the correctness and reliability of the cutting header action logic were verified through experiments.
