Research on feeding machinery of meat sheep based on TRIZ theory
In view of the current research on the feeding mechanization technology of meat sheep,the feeding work is mainly completed by hand,and there are high labor intensity,low feeding accuracy and poor economic benefits,which seriously affect the breeding scale and the quality of meat sheep.Firstly,the TRIZ innovative method was used to study the feeding work of meat sheep,and the problems existing in the feeding machinery and equipment of meat sheep were analyzed.Then,based on the functional analysis,cause analysis,resource analysis,and final ideal solution analysis methods in the TRIZ innovation method theory,the functional satisfaction of mechanical equipment in the process of meat sheep feeding was carried out,and innovative methods such as object field model,technical contradiction,physical contradiction,and cutting were used to obtain the solution of the corresponding innovative method.According to the principle of TRIZ scheme evaluation,combined with the actual situation of the project,the feeding device was finally designed as a double-feeding spiral auger,the auger pitch was one large and one small,and the auger blades were welded on the spiral shaft.By designing the control system to integrate the various functional components,the sheep feeding device can be quickly fed,and the supply of feeding materials can be controlled according to the individual conditions of the sheep,which improves the product quality,feeding efficiency and feeding accuracy of meat sheep,and can provide a reference for the follow-up research on the feeding machinery and equipment related to the sheep.
