针对成年羊只蹄部护理采用传统束缚、翻转的方式存在劳动强度大、工作效率低等问题,本文基于大中型羊只养殖基地、牧场的实际情况,设计一种智能控制系统,以辅助羊只蹄部护理动作,实现羊只背部快速定位、夹持和翻转倒置,通过实际应用,不仅大幅度降低了劳动强度,提高了工作效率和护理质量,还推动了现代畜牧业的进步.
Design of control system for sheep hoof care assistive device
Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity and low work efficiency in case of hoof care of adult sheep hoof by using traditional binding and flipping methods,based on the actual situation of large and medium-sized sheep breeding bases and ranches,a kind of intelligent control system was designed,in order to assist the hoof care action of sheep,and to realize the rapid positioning,clamping and flipping inversion of the back of the sheep.Through practical application,it not only drastically reduces labor intensity,improves work efficiency and quality of care,but also promotes the progress of modern animal husbandry.
