果蔬采摘末端执行器研究现状及发展趋势

当前,国内果蔬采摘主要依靠人力完成.随着科技的不断进步,果蔬采摘机器人将成为发展趋势,以应对劳动力短缺问题,推动智慧农业的发展.然而,目前采摘机器人的采摘执行机构存在投入高、类型多样、采摘成功率低以及夹取损伤大等问题.因此,需加强采摘执行机构的研发和改进,以更好地满足产业化需求.本文对国内外柔性末端采摘的研究成果进行了总结,深入探讨了该领域的发展趋势和应用前景,并针对果园特殊环境提出了可行的解决方案,为我国采摘机器人末端执行器的发展提供了参考.
Research status and development trend of end effector for fruit and vegetable picking
Currently,the harvesting of fruit and vegetable mainly relies on human labor to complete in China.With the contin-uous advancement of science and technology,fruit and vegetable picking robot will become a development trend to cope with labor shortage and promote the development of intelligent agriculture.However,there are currently problems with the picking execution mechanism of picking robot,such as high investment,diverse types,low picking success rate,and large damage caused by picking.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen research and development and improve it to better meet the needs of indus-trialization.This article summarizes the research results of flexible end effector in domestic and foreign countries,deeply explores the development trend and application prospects in this field,and proposes feasible solutions for the special environment of or-chards,in order to provide a reference for the development of end effector for picking robot in China.
