摘要
针对洋葱覆膜种植后续机械化收获洋葱过程中,需要人工将地膜分拣,作业效率低、易延误农时等问题,设计了4HMC-1.0型洋葱地膜回收机,为了使地膜回收过程中不出现撕断、滞留、堵塞地膜等现象,保证地膜的完整性,需要送膜机构以及卷膜辊等关键工作部件的运转速度适宜,根据这一设计原则,对 4HMC-1.0 型洋葱地膜回收机关键工作部件中的螺旋刷、送膜机构的传动系统以及卷膜机构进行参数设计,并通过试验验证了机具的可靠性.
Abstract
In the process of mechanized harvesting of onion after onion mulching planting,in order to solve some problems,such as the need for manual sorting of the film,low operating efficiency,easy to delay the farm time,etc.,4HMC-1.0 onion film recovery machine was designed.In the process of film recovery,in order to ensure the integrity of the film,without tearing,retention,blockage of the film and other phenomena,the operating speed of some key working parts like the film feeding mechanism and the film rolling mechanism should be appropriate.According to this design principle,the parameters of the drive system of the key working parts of the 4HMC-1.0 onion film recovery machine,such as the spiral brush,the film feeding mechanism,and the film rolling mechanism,were designed,and the reliability of the equipment was verified through experiments.
