整体可移动式密集烤房在烟叶生产中的应用研究

为解决三明烟区烟叶生产实际过程中由于"烟区转移、烤房分布不均"导致的烤房与烤烟需求不匹配的问题,开展了可移动式密集烤房的研究与应用.通过改进可移动整体集装箱式聚氨酯板房结构,研发设计了可吊装移动应急式的密集烤房,并搭配两套不同的供热系统,通过与普通国标密集烤房进行对比,结果表明,整体可移动烤房结合生物质能源内置一体机设备具有明显优势.其中每千克中部叶和上部叶的耗能分别降低了0.11元和0.15元;中部叶和上部叶的质量评分分别提高了0.25分和0.08分;中部叶和上部叶的上等烟比例分别提高了5.63%和6.34%,从而每千克均价分别提高了0.60元和2.62元.综上,本研究设计的整体可移动烤房结合生物质能源内置一体机设备有助于提升烟叶的烘烤质量,同时烟叶耗能成本较传统密集烤房明显降低,且能够实现流动烘烤,在三明烟区有一定应用推广价值.
Research on the application of integral mobile dense curing house in tobacco production
In order to solve the problem of mismatch between flue-curing barn and flue-curing barn caused by the transfer of tobacco area and the uneven distribution of flue-curing barn in the actual process of tobacco production in Sanming tobacco-producing area,the research and application of movable dense curing barn were carried out.By improving the structure of movable integral container polyurethane panel house,a dense oven that can be lifted and moved for emergency purposes was developed and designed,together with two different heating systems.Through the comparison test with the ordinary national standard dense oven,the results show that the whole mobile oven combined with the biomass energy built-in all-in-one equipment has obvious advantages.The energy consumption of middle leaf and upper leaf per kilogram decreased by 0.11 yuan and 0.15 yuan respectively.The quality scores of middle and upper leaves were increased by 0.25 and 0.08 points,respectively.The proportion of superior tobacco in middle and upper leaves increased by 5.63% and 6.34%,respectively.The average price per catty increased by 0.60 and 2.62 yuan,respectively.In summary,the overall mobile curing house designed in this study combined with the integrated biomass energy machine equipment helps to improve the curing quality of tobacco leaves,and the energy consumption cost of tobacco leaves is significantly lower than that of traditional dense curing houses,and the flow curing can be realized,which has certain application and promotion value in Sanming tobacco area.
