In order to explore the cutting-edge technologies of straw balers and to identify the development directions for baler equipment and technology.This paper describes the research status of large square baler at home and abroad through literature retrieval,analysis and comparison,review and other methods,summarizes the shortcomings of domestic baler technology devices in terms of knotter,feeding system,intelligent and automated control system,etc.Finally,it looks forward from the aspects of market demand and key technology,which can provide references to the breakthroughs of the key technology of large square baler.
