Comparative Study on the Effect of Cultivating High-quality Farmers in China under the Leadership of the Government
Government-led cultivation of high-quality farmers is an important way to revitalise rural talent.Through the horizontal and vertical comparison of the cultivation of high-quality farmers in China's four major economic regions,the results show that:there is a general downward trend in the strength of special support policies for the cultivation of high-quality farmers,and regional differences are not obvious,but there are regional differences in inclusive financial policies,with the western region showing a"high demand for loans and high fulfilment"trend,and the northeastern region showing stronger purchasing power for agricultural insurance.Strong purchasing power of agricultural insurance.The socio-economic and ecological benefits brought about by the growth of a team of high-quality farmers and the modernisation of their production and operation have been improved to a certain extent in all regions,with the most significant economic benefits in the eastern region,and the cultivation benefits in the northeast-ern region being generally lower than those in the eastern and central-western regions.Therefore,there is an urgent need to adopt different inclined policies by region and by category,so as to guide and motivate high-quality farmers to play the role of"backbone force"in the revitalisation of the countryside and the high-quality development of agriculture.
