Research on Big Data Promoting Community Governance and Service Innovation in Xinjiang
The emergence and rapid development of big data technology have provided significant opportunities for community gov-ernance and service innovation in Xinjiang.In Xinjiang,the use of big data for community governance and service innovation has important practical needs to consolidate ethnic unity,promote the normalization of counter-terrorism and stability maintenance,and promote the modernization of social governance system and governance capacity.However,it also faces problems such as low coordination among governance entities,insufficient participation initiative of residents,insufficient integration of"smart platform"resources,and incomplete construction of community party work.Research suggests that we should promote community governance and service innovation in Xinjiang by adhering to the leadership of party building,improving technical support,and guiding diverse co-governance.We should deepen the model of party building leading community governance,innovate the governance functions of big data service platforms,standardize the governance system between entities,and build horizontal mechanisms.
