数字素养对农民工就业质量的影响研究

数字素养是农民工融入数字社会,提升就业质量,享受数字红利的关键.文章基于2018年中国家庭追踪调查问卷数据(CFPS),考察数字素养对农民工就业质量的影响及作用机制,并深入分析不同维度数字素养对农民工就业质量的差异性影响.研究发现:(1)数字素养对农民工就业质量具有显著的促进作用,该结论在考虑内生性问题并经过一系列稳健性检验后依然成立.(2)"技能学习类"数字素养对农民工就业质量的提升效应显著高于"社交娱乐类"数字素养.(3)数字素养对新生代农民工及受教育程度较高农民工群体就业质量的促进作用更明显.(4)数字素养能够显著促进人岗匹配、维护和拓展社会资本,进而提高农民工就业质量.基于以上研究结论,提出应将数字素养纳入农民工职业能力培育体系、实现数字素养培育的群体适配性、规范数字就业平台以保障农民工高质量就业.
Research on the Influence of Digital Literacy on the Employment Quality of Migrant Workers
Digital literacy is the key for migrant workers to integrating into the digital society,improve the quality of employment and enjoy the digital dividends.Based on the 2018 China Family Panel Studies(CFPS)questionnaire data,this paper examines the impact and mechanism of digital literacy on the employment quality of migrant workers,and deeply analyzes the different ef-fects of different dimensions of digital literacy on the employment quality of migrant workers.The results are as follows.(1)Digital literacy has a significant role in promoting the employment of migrant workers.This conclusion is still valid after considering endog-enous problems and undergoing a series of robustness tests.(2)The effect of"skill learning"digital literacy on the employment quality of migrant workers is significantly higher than that of"social entertainment"digital literacy.(3)The promotion effect of dig-ital literacy on the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers and migrant workers with higher education level is more obvious.(4)Digital literacy can significantly promote person-post matching,maintain and expand social capital,and then im-prove the employment quality of migrant workers.Based on the above research,it is proposed that digital literacy should be incorpo-rated into the vocational ability cultivation system of migrant workers,the group adaptability of digital literacy cultivation should be realized,and the digital employment platform should be standardized to ensure the high-quality employment of migrant workers.
