Research on the High-Quality Development of China's(Xinjiang)Pilot Free Trade Zone from the Perspective of Chinese-Style Modernization
In the context of modernization with Chinese characteristics,the establishment of the China(Xinjiang)Pilot Free Trade Zone reflects the important strategic plan of the Communist Party Central Committee,with Xi Jinping at its core,in expanding high-level opening up and promoting Xinjiang as a crucial strategic base for opening up to the west.Until recently,this pilot free trade zone has achieved significant fruits in fostering Xinjiang's expansion of foreign trade scale and optimizing its trade structure.How-ever,numerous challenges still persist have constrained the further development of the pilot free trade zone,including internal is-sues of irrational industrial structure,low degree of international trade cooperation,not optimized business environment,and exter-nal difficulties,such as the rise of global trade protectionism and uncertainty in international trade policies.Given these circum-stances,it is imperative to scientifically cope with the new external environmental norms,implement upgrading strategy,and achieve high-quality development.Accordingly,this paper proposes countermeasures from the perspectives of infrastructure,indus-trial structure,trade policy,talent allocation,business environment and financial services.
