The Impact of Farmers'Digital Literacy on Rural Households'Asset Allocation
Effectively revitalizing rural assets is an important measure to increase farmers'wealth and narrow the urban-rural gap.This paper explores the impact of farmers'digital literacy on rural households'asset allocation based on the three periods of the panel data in Chinese Family Panel Studies(CFPS).The research finds that farmers'digital literacy has a significant positive ef-fect on the asset allocation of rural households,which can effectively promote rural households'choice of renting land,housing and other physical assets,and promote rural households'choice of risky financial assets;their allocation varies according to different in-comes and ages;expanding social capital and promoting farm entrepreneurship are important mechanisms.Therefore,in the pro-cess of digital village construction,we should not only pay attention to the hardware support such as digital infrastructure,but also pay more attention to the cultivation of farmers'"soft power",accelerate the digital infrastructure construction in rural areas.We should accelerate the construction of digital infrastructure in rural areas,introduce policy documents on farmers'digital literacy training and education,and establish a comprehensive system of it so as to effectively promote the effective allocation of rural fami-ly assets and help realize the goal of common prosperity.
