摘要
文章对科技特派员个人特征、知识储备、个人能力和工作条件与其创新创业意愿的关系进行理论分析,利用2021年7月至2022年6月对兵团农牧团场441名科技特派员的调查数据,采用有序Probit模型对上述关系进行检验.结果表明,兵团农牧团场科技特派员创新创业意愿整体处于中等偏高水平,科技特派员性别、学历、团队协调能力、沟通交流能力、持续学习能力、理论实践能力、服务年限、收入水平以及经营管理、市场营销、专利产权等知识储备情况与其创新创业意愿显著相关.通过优化科技特派员人才队伍、加强科技特派员素质培训、完善科技特派员绩效考核、健全科技特派员工作机制等措施,能有效提升兵团科技特派员的创新创业服务意愿.
Abstract
This article conducts a theoretical analysis of the relationship between the personal characteristics,knowledge reserves,personal abilities,and working conditions of science and technology envoys and their willingness to innovate and start businesses.With survey data from 441 science and technology envoys in agricultural and animal husbandry farms of the XPCC from July 2021 to June 2022,this paper used an ordered Probit model to tested test the relationship among above factors.Research has shown that the innovation and entrepreneurship willingness of science and technology envoys is generally at a moderate or high level.The char-acteristics of science and technology envoys,such as gender,professional title level,management and financial knowledge reserve,team coordination ability,communication ability,and continuous learning ability,are significantly correlated with their innovation and entrepreneurship willingness.The working conditions have no significant impact on the innovation and entrepreneurship will-ingness of science and technology envoys.By optimizing the talent pool of science and technology envoys,strengthening their quali-ty training,improving their performance evaluation,and establishing a sound work mechanism,the innovation and entrepreneurship service willingness of science and technology envoys in the XPCC can be effectively enhanced.
