Measurement and Dynamic Evolution of New Quality Productivity in China's Fisheries Industry
The new quality productivity of fisheries is a powerful driving force for promoting the supply side structural reform of fish-eries and achieving a strong fishing nation. The article aims to measure the level of new quality productivity in China's fisheries in-dustry and explore its dynamic evolution and regional differences, providing practical basis for the improvement of new quality pro-ductivity in fisheries.Based on provincial panel data from 2011 to 2022 in China, entropy weight method, kernel density,Markov chain, and Dagum Gini coefficient were used to analyze the level, dynamic evolution, and regional differences of new quality pro-ductivity in China's fisheries industry. The results are as follows.First, the level of new quality productivity in China's fisheries continues to rise, with the new quality worker index being the highest.Second, the level of new quality productivity in China's pro-vincial fisheries is stable, and the probability of achieving"leapfrog"development in adjacent years is relatively small. As for the influencing factor, the geographic spatial factors can play an important role in the transfer of new quality productivity in fisheries.Third, the overall difference in the productivity of new quality fisheries in China shows a fluctuating upward trend. The regional dis-crepancy has become the main differences in fishery productivity. Therefore,it is necessary to deeply understand the connotation and characteristics of the new quality productivity of fisheries, face up to the shortcomings in its development process, focus on the insufficient endogenous development momentum of the new quality productivity of fisheries in various regions, and promote region-al coordinated development.
