摘要
推动农户采纳保护性耕作技术对保障粮食安全和实现农业可持续发展至关重要.本文基于江西省24个县的1 742份微观数据,利用有序Probit和调节效应模型,探究信息获取、农户分化对农户保护性耕作技术采纳程度的影响.结果表明:第一,农户保护性耕作技术采纳程度整体较低;第二,信息获取显著加强农户保护性耕作技术采纳程度,且对除秸秆还田外的其他三项技术采纳具有显著正向影响,农户分化对技术采纳程度则产生负向影响;第三,农户分化在信息获取对农户保护性耕作技术采纳程度的影响中起显著正向调节作用;第四,进一步异质性分析显示,不同种植规模的农户采纳保护性耕作技术程度存在差异.基于此,提出了综合利用多元信息获取渠道,增强农户生态意识;创新开展保护性耕作技术推广,因地制宜实施推广政策;重视农户的异质性,发挥推广示范作用等建议.
Abstract
Promoting farmers to adopt conservation tillage techniques is crucial for ensuring food security and achieving sustainable agricultural development.Based on 1 742 micro data from 24 counties in Jiangxi Province,using ordered Probit and moderation ef-fect model,this article explored the impact of information acquisition and farmer differentiation on farmers'adoption of conserva-tion tillage techniques.The results are as follows.First,the farmers'overall adoption level of techniques by is relatively low.Sec-ond,information acquisition significantly enhances the farmers'adoption of conservation tillage techniques,and has a significant positive impact on the adoption of the other three techniques except for straw returning.farmer differentiation has a negative impact on the adoption of techniques.Third,the differentiation of farmers plays a significant positive moderating role in the impact of infor-mation acquisition on the adoption of farmers.Fourthly,further heterogeneity analysis shows that there are differences in the degree of adoption of conservation tillage techniques among farmers of different planting scales.Based on this,it is proposed to comprehen-sively utilize multiple information acquisition channels to enhance farmers'ecological awareness;promote the conservation tillage techniques and implement policies tailored to local conditions;take consideration of farmers'heterogeneity and give full play to promotion and exemplification.
