Research on the Practical Path of Modern Rural Elites Participation in Rural Cultural Governance
The modern rural elites are emerging group that have participated in rural social activities in recent years and play an im-portant role in rural cultural governance.As inheritors of excellent traditional culture in rural areas,leaders of rural spiritual civili-zation construction,and coordinators of rural cultural governance,the modern rural elites play an indispensable role in rural cultur-al affairs,bring new blood into the revitalization of rural culture.However,in the process of participating in rural cultural gover-nance,modern rural elites face practical difficulties such as insufficient motivation for their participation,ambiguous attention from village cadres and villagers,and imbalanced rural cultural governance methods,which constrain their ability to govern rural cul-ture.In this regard,the article proposes practical paths such as changing ideological concepts,skillfully using digital publicizing,improving institutional mechanisms,and expanding funding channels to better enhance the effectiveness of modern rural elites'participation in rural cultural governance,promote rural cultural revitalization,and advance the construction of a cultural power-house.
