Study on the Matching Degree and Effect of Intergenerational Inheriting Willingness of Family Farms
Whether the willingness of inheritance matches in family farms is related to the long-term development plan of family farms and the sustainable development of agriculture.Based on the micro-survey data, this paper divides four types of inheritance according to the matching results, and analyzes the characteristics and effects of various farm inheritance combined with typical cases. The results of the study show that the intergenerational inheritance of family farms presents the phenomenon of high willing-ness of parents to pass on and low willingness of offspring to inherit.Only 5.3%of the samples can be highly consistent.According to the matching results of"passing on"and"inheriting"intentions, the inheritance situation is divided into four types:fit,compul-sive,abandoned and wait-and-see.Among them, the fit-type farms are expanding due to their reliable inheritors;the wait-and-see farms are slowly expanding due to exploratory development;the development momentum of the compulsive farms shows an"in-verted U-shaped"change with the increase of the farmers'ages, and the abandoned farms show a shrinking trend due to excessive uncertainty in the future. The degree of future development momentum and potential of various types of farms are fit,wait-and-see,compulsive,and abandoned. The summary analysis finds that under the constraints and influence of factors such as the urban-rural gap, occupational comparison, and agricultural emotions, the attractiveness of economic benefits does not show advantages in the in-heritance of family farms. In order to ensure the smooth inheritance of family farms,it is necessary to encourage the inheriting prac-tice of the children, promote"socialization"succession, and accelerate the development of the"manager"market of family farms to form a diversified succession model of family farms.
